Egypt’s PM discusses partnership proposals to resolve Zamalek Club’s land dispute with Endowment Authority

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly convened officials on July 14 to review proposed solutions for Zamalek Club’s land owned by the Endowment Authority.

• Madbouly chaired a meeting with the ministers of endowments and youth, the heads of Zamalek Club and the Endowment Authority, and other officials.
• Madbouly directed completion of economic feasibility and traffic studies for projects proposed under a partnership between the Authority and the club.
• Endowment Authority head Khaled al-Tayeb said the partnership model centers on one of two main proposals to balance the Authority’s rights and the club’s financial capacity.
• Zamalek president Hussein Labib stated that both sides are cooperating to reach suitable solutions for all parties.
