Baby Vicuna Born at Highland Wildlife Park

A female vicuna born at the Highland Wildlife Park in Kincraig has been named Xoco.

• The cria was born on 18 June to parents Juanita and Austria, keepers at the park reported.
• Keepers named the month-old female Xoco, a Nahuatl name meaning "little sister" or "the youngest child."
• Keepers said the vicuna is doing well and settling in with the herd of six at the park.
