Egyptian Red Crescent sends 234-ton aid convoy to Gaza

The Egyptian Red Crescent has dispatched a humanitarian convoy carrying 234 tons of aid to the Gaza Strip.

• The Egyptian Red Crescent launched the "Zad al-Izza" convoy toward Gaza on July 14, carrying food baskets, flour, medical supplies, medicines, and petroleum products.
• The Red Crescent stated the Rafah crossing has not been closed from the Egyptian side since the crisis began.
• The organization reported it has coordinated the entry of over one million tons of aid, with more than 65,000 volunteers supporting the effort.
